外交部近日通知，《中华人民共和国政府和卢旺达共和国政府关于互免持外交、公务护照人员签证的协定》已于2018年7月23日在基加利签署，并于2018年12月23日正式生效。

根据该协定，中华人民共和国持有效的中华人民共和国外交、公务、公务普通护照的公民和卢旺达共和国持有效的卢旺达共和国外交、公务护照的公民，在缔约另一国入境、出境或者过境，自入境之日起不超过90日，免办签证。

望各有关航空运输企业据此为两国互免签证人员出行提供便利。

NOTICE

The People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda signed the AGREEMENT ON MUTUAL VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS on July 23, 2018. It has been come into effect on December 23, 2018.

Citizens of the People's Republic of China holding valid diplomatic Passports, Service Passports and Passports for public affairs of the People's Republic of China and citizens of the Republic of Rwanda holding valid diplomatic passports or service passports the Republic of Rwanda shall be exempted from visa requirement for entry into, exit from, or transit through the territory of the other Contracting Party, for a period of stay not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of their entry.

The CAAC expects every air carrier to facilitate travel for officers who meet the specifications of above.
