Notice on Further Reducing International Passenger Flights during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period
In order to resolutely contain the increasing risks of imported COVID-19 cases, and in accordance with the requirements of the State Council for joint prevention and control of the epidemic, it is decided to further reduce the number of international passenger flights. Details of the requirement are as follows:
1. On the basis of the Information on International Flight Plans (Phase Five) released on the official website of CAAC on March 12, each Chinese airline is only allowed to maintain one route to any specific country with no more than one flight per week; each foreign airline is only allowed to maintain one route to China with no more than one weekly flight. -

CAAC Publishes Designated First Points of Entry into China for International Flights Bound for Beijing
On March 22, CAAC, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Health Commission, General Administration of Customs, and National Immigration Administration jointly issued the Notice on Diverting International Flights Bound for Beijing to Designated First Points of Entry into China (No. 2), announcing that starting from 00:00 of March 23 Beijing time, all international passenger flights bound for Beijing will be diverted to the designated first points of entry. The designated first points of entry determined by CAAC are now published as follows. Airlines should develop their flight schedules based on this arrangement and publish them on their official websites, and should provide effective notifications to passengers. Timely adjustment to the designated first points of entry and relevant measures will be made based on the epidemic development.

Notice on Diverting International Flights Bound for Beijing to Designated First Points of Entry into China (No. 1)
1. Adjustment will be made to some international passenger flights which will be diverted to the designated first points of entry into China. The designated first point of entry for the following flights shall be Tianjin: Air China Flight CA910 from Moscow to Beijing, arriving on March 20 Beijing Time (BJT) and Air China Flight CA934 from Paris to Beijing, arriving on March 22 BJT. The designated first point of entry for Air China Flight CA926 from Tokyo to Beijing, arriving on March 20 to 22 BJT, shall be Hohhot. The designated first point of entry for Hainan Airlines’ Flight HU7976 from Toronto to Beijing, arriving on March 21 and 22 BJT, shall be Taiyuan.

Notice on Controlling International Passenger Flights during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period
1. The number of flights operated by each airline on each route shall not be increased compared to the Information on International Flight Plans (Phase Five) published on the official website of the CAAC on March 12.
2. Changes to flight plans (including readjustment & reduction of flight plans and changes of flight numbers, dates, aircraft types etc.) shall be filed no later than 15:00 of each Wednesday, and one week prior to the expected week of execution, via email (for domestic airlines, to [email protected]; and for foreign airlines, to [email protected]). No filing by the above-mentioned time limit shall be deemed as no change.
